How do I review someone?
Each review consists of 23 sliding bars, across three characteristics: Energy (how
you work); Interpersonal (how you interact); Intelligence (how you think).
Simply move the slider to the position you think best represents the person you
are reviewing.
How long does it take?
It takes just 3 minutes to complete a review.
How do I get people to review me?
Connect to Facebook or LinkedIn and ask people in your networks to review you by
sending them a private invitation. You can also post your invitation to review you
on your wall.
Alternatively you can send a unique URL by email, inviting people to review you.
We'll tell you when they've completed the review, and you can take a look at it.
Who should I ask to review me?
Anyone who can give a professional opinion of you. Reviews from Co-workers, employees,
business acquaintances, friends and family are all extremely valuable.
A review from a company employee in your network substantially increases the chance
of your profile being viewed positively by that company.
Can someone give me a bad review?
In a word, no. The sliders are structured in such a way that there is no positive
or negative answer. If you don't agree with one of the traits a reviewer selects,
that's not to say it's not exactly what an employer or recruiter is looking for.
How many reviews should I get?
We recommend you get at least 7 reviews to ensure an accurate profile of you is
created. A typical profile can build over time to have over 50 reviews or more.
I've changed my mind... can I delete a review?
If you really don't want to publish a review on your profile, our Review Management
tools let you delete any reviews you dont want.
Similarly, if you review someone, you can choose to modify or even delete it at
any time. Our privacy options mean you have complete control over your profile.
